There are two sleeve variations, both of whitch were probably printed by Queens Litho. The straight cut top sleeve has "You Know My Name" in thin letters on the open side. The second variation has a curved down top on its open side.

COMMENTS
On 6th. March 1970, Parlophone released "Let It Be / You Know My Name (look Up The Number)" on Apple R 5833. The same songs were issued by Capitol on Apple 2764 on 11th. March.
The single was masterd at Bell Sound in New York by Sam Feldman. The trail off areas of the single have hand etched master numbers, a machine stamped Bell sound logo and Sam Feldman's hand etched "sf" initials.

The first pressings have the song title, songwriters credit, and group's name centered below the center hole on the A side. The B side has the song title, mistakenly printed as "Look Up My Number" instead of "The Number", and songwriters credit to the left of the center and the group's name in the lower left part of the apple.

There are three variations:
1) L.A. pressings have glossy light green apple labels. The first pressings have Apple perimeter print on the B side(=this record), while later pressings ave Capitol logo perimeter print.

2) Jacksonville pressings with dull medium green apple labels with Apple perimeter print on the A side.
3) Later L.A. pressings with Apple perimeter on the A side.

There are two sleeve variations, both of whitch were probably printed by Queens Litho.
