COMMENTS
|
It is a United Artists
UK Pressing. It was released in November, 1966. This is a STEREO pressing, and it’s a RARE PRESSING with the label print: SOLD IN THE UK. SUBJECT TO RESALE PRICE CONDITIONS. SEE PRICE LISTS. The LP contains instrumental versions of 12 Beatles’ songs, most with a girl-connection. (Don’t know how “Yellow Submarine” made it onto this LP?!)· The cover is the thin UK type with laminated front (printed and made by Garrod & Lofthouse, Ltd.) Of the 3 George Martin Beatles-related LPs he made, “Off the Beatle Track”, “HELP!” and “Instrumentally Salutes The Beatle Girls”, the last one ,which is the LP in this auction, seems to be the more difficult one to find. |
