Apple black sleeve type-1A:
East coast singles were issued in straight cut sleeves manufactured by Queens Litho.
COMMENTS
For the second single, neither Apple nor Capitol prepareed a picture sleeve. Instead, the record was packaged with "The Beatles on Apple" sleeves.

There are four label variations:
Type-1:
Has "GET BACK" on one line followed by the songwriters credit in the upper left part of the apple.
"THE BEATLES with Billy Preston" is below the center hole.
On the B side, the song title is on three lines followed by the songwriters credit in the upper left part.
Type-2: (very similar to the Type-1)
Has "GET BACK" on one line followed by the songwriters credit in the upper left part of the apple.
"THE BEATLES with Billy Preston" is below the center hole.
On the B side, the song title is on three lines followed by the songwriters credit in the upper left part.
The print for the song titles, group name, stereo designation and record number is thicker, and the font for the record number is different.
Type-3: (=This record)
Has "GET BACK" on two line followed by the songwriters credit "(Lennon & McCartney)" in the upper left part of the apple.
"THE BEATLES with Billy Presto(n)" is located in the upper right part of the apple.
